A log chalet with a magnificent view of the closeby fells, almost at the top of the fell Kaunispää in Saariselkä.
The villa is well suited for business and seminar use. It is built from massive logs, which give their own character to the building, even on the inside. The building is built in a modern manner but the decor is Lappish style, including an atmospheric fireplace.
The villa is best suitable for groups from 10 to 16 persons looking for a calm place to get together. Perfect for example for seminars, workshops, customer relations occasions, staff trips, retreats, family occasions etc.
The Villa
The villa has 344 square meters of living space and can accommodate 16 persons. There are eight bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and a 90 square meter lounge which can be used as a conference room or for festivities. There is also a fireplace room, sauna and bathrooms, a ski-maintenance room and a drying room. There is a long dining table, sofa set and a large TV.

Location
The location is fantastic. You get to enjoy peace and privacy because the villa is situated away from the hustle and bustle of the Saariselkä village. However, the services and activities are within reach. And if you are feeling a bit nutty you can even toboggan straight down to the village from your porch in a couple of minutes.
Saariselkä
This small village by the fells in Northern Lapland is an exotic place to visit. It is surrounded by vast uninhabited fell areas and the forests and wilderness areas of Urho Kaleva Kekkonen national park. Saariselkä is situated at 68° North latitude, well above the Arctic Circle, at a perfect spot to admire the magnificent Aurora Borealis. Usually, the winters are snowier higher up by the fells, which makes this area a true Winter Wonderland.
